Fajitas for Lunch

We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of chicken breast or strip steak with sautéed onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. Served with Mexican rice, beans and choice of corn or flour tortillas. Garnished with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.
